Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale items
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

Return Approval

All returns must be approved before being sent back. If you would like to request a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges may be limited based on product availability. If you need a different size or item, please contact us first and we will let you know what options are available.
